I have bought quite a few cars over the years and my experience with Gavin certainly stands out to be the best by far! Gavin offered the true essence of customer service from the very beginning and I was a bit of a difficult customer simply because I was an out of state buyer so that did offer a few challenges for both of us. Gavin offered answers to all of my questions as well as taking a video of the truck for me. The RAM I purchased is absolutely perfect and better than he actually described.
